I'd like to smoke some of my own freshly caught trout.

whats the best way of doing this ?

any help appreciated

Isn't it a bit big to put in a rolling paper, dont think it will taste to good either :wink: :lol: :lol: :lol: (sorry couldn't resist)

We used to have a proper fish smoker.....think you can buy them in the tackle shops, (ex took mine when he left :roll: )
Dont know any other way of doing it, but its worth getting a smoker if your going to do it often, the fish is lovely.........................

I'll be around for dinner :lol:

Just to show my ignorance I didnt think you could smoke fish yourself I always thought that it was an industrial process

We've bought a smoker .... you can smoke fish up to 2lb (so might have to cut my own biggies in half).

I'll let you know how it goes .......

On another matter .... if any of you ever want some nice - same day caught local trout ... at a very reasonable price ... let me know !
