I try to have fresh fish every week and this week i wanted something a little different than smoked haddock and i had coley.
it was quite cheap as well under 2 quid for a piece what would feed three no problem.
i steamed it and it was lovely we had it with salad and i would certainly buy it again.
if you like fish ,look out for coley cos it it well worth it.

i mostly always steam my fish as its a great way to keep the fish moist but i have cooked it in milk and water before how do you cook yours what would you reccomend?
