Living in the south of Calne (near the sports centre) we used to be able to use John bently fields for playing as children etc ... but now it is all fenced off and the kids have no where to play that is safe outdoors.
Ok theres wessington park half a mile away on the other side of the A4 but this side apart from the small park at fynamore gardens theres nothing.
The kids play on the grassin silverglades, as they play on the grass in the northern estates ....... Just a place to play footie, for free, in a space that doesn't interfere with others, would be great.

Looks like something we should work on if I get elected I'll wrok with all our Calne representatives to deliver such needed facilities - no promises just a promise to review the situation at this time.
